General Terms
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all the terms listed below.
Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only. They cannot be used for profit, NFTs, or AI training. For a commercial license, please contact me to discuss terms and pricing.
I reserve the right to decline any commission that does not align with my terms, skills, or comfort level.
If you are commissioning artwork of a character that does not belong to you, you must have explicit permission from the owner. In case it’s fanart, please let me know the name of the original work so I can credit it properly when I upload the final piece.
Copyright & Usage
I retain all copyrights to the artwork, including the right to post, use, or promote it in my portfolio or on social media unless an exclusive license is purchased.
Clients may not trace, modify, or redistribute the artwork for profit (e.g., merchandise such as shirts, mugs, prints, etc.) without prior agreement.
Watermarks and/or signatures must remain on the artwork if uploaded to social media. Clients cannot remove, edit, or crop them out.
Payment
Payments are accepted via PayPal (invoices), Ko-fi, or Vgen, and must be made in USD. Split payments are available for orders exceeding $200. I do NOT accept cryptocurrency as payment.
For PayPal payments, an initial invoice for 50% of the total amount will be issued. This deposit must be paid before work on the commission begins. Once the sketches have been delivered and a final choice has been made, I will present a completed line art. At this stage, the remaining 50% must be paid before proceeding with the rendering process.
If I must cancel the commission, a full refund will be provided.

Sketch
After confirmation of the commission and payment, I will provide three initial sketches for review. The client must approve one before proceeding. If none of the three sketches are approved, I will offer two additional sketches upon receiving detailed, specific feedback. If a total of five sketches are rejected, no additional sketches will be provided. The client must select one to proceed, or an additional fee will be required for further revisions.
If the client decides not to continue after all five sketches have been delivered, only a 30% refund will be issued, as the time and effort spent on creating the sketches are non-recoverable.
Line art
Once a sketch is approved, I will proceed with the line art stage. At this stage, the client may request up to three revisions, which include minor adjustments such as refining expressions, modifying small accessories, or improving specific details. These revisions do not include major changes such as full outfit modifications or structural alterations.
It is important to note the difference between revisions and corrections:
Corrections refer to mistakes on my part (e.g., missing details that were present in the references or discussed via direct messages). These will be fixed at no extra cost.
Revisions are client-requested adjustments to the artwork beyond what was initially agreed upon.
If the client requires additional revisions beyond the three included, an extra fee will apply. Each additional revision will cost 20% of the initial half-payment made for the commission.
Rendering & Finalization Process
For commissions that include full rendering, after the line art is completed, I will provide a base color preview for approval. At this stage, the client may request minor color adjustments, such as hue shifts, saturation changes, or subtle alterations to maintain consistency with the original design.
Major revisions—including outfit modifications, drastic lighting changes, or composition adjustments—will incur additional charges based on complexity.
Once the rendering process has started, refunds will no longer be available, as significant time and effort will have already been invested into finalizing the artwork.
Deliverables
Completed artworks will be delivered as high-resolution PNG and JPEG files via email, Discord, or a Drive link. No physical items will be shipped.
Animated Commissions
The final deliverables for animated commissions include GIF and MP4 formats.
Animations typically range from 4 to 10 seconds in length.
If the client requests an animation exceeding 10 seconds, an additional fee will apply based on the complexity and duration of the request.
Post-Delivery Edits & Revisions
After the final piece is delivered, clients have 24 hours to request minor edits, such as slight color corrections or small refinements. These will be made free of charge.
Major revisions after completion, such as significant reworks to colors, lighting, or design, will require an additional fee, which will vary based on the complexity of the changes requested.

Turnaround Time
The estimated completion time for standard commissions ranges from 1 to 3 months, depending on the complexity of the piece and my current workload.
Animated commissions require a minimum of 3 months, with a maximum turnaround time of 6 months, as animation is a more complex and time-intensive process. These timeframes are subject to change depending on factors such as commission volume, the intricacy of the request, and client responsiveness during approval stages.
paypal conditions
I will never retain payments for more than six months, as PayPal does not allow refunds beyond this period. If your commission is approaching this timeframe, please coordinate with me in advance to discuss the best course of action.
priority
If you are commissioning me, please note that clients have the option to pay an additional fee for priority service, allowing their commission to be completed sooner. As a result, if you see another commission finished before yours, it may be due to the client opting for an expedited turnaround.
There may also be cases where a commission is completed more quickly if it’s a line art piece. In contrast, fully rendered or animated works take significantly more time to finish.
